China Glaze Fifth Avenue Nail Polish Review and Comparisons

China Glaze Fifth Avenue Nail Polish is one I bought a few years back and after doing a bit of research it looks like it was originally released back in 2004 in the Creme Couture Collection, which consisted of twelve nail polishes. It is part of the permanent collection now.

Fifth Avenue is a cream formula in a rosy pink shade, with some purple in. I like wearing these kinds of colours in the Autumn and Winter Months. I have worn this shade many times over the years.

It has a thick formula, which was nearly opaque on the first coat, there was just the odd part where you could still see my nail a bit. On the second coat it was fully opaque.

Comparisons

L-R- Zoya Ruthie, China Glaze Fifth Avenue, OPI Just Lanai-ing Around

Thumb, Middle and Little Finger- China Glaze Fifth Avenue, Index Finger- Zoya Ruthie, Ring Finger- OPI Just Lanai-ing Around

Zoya Ruthie is a purple berry shade with just a bit of pink in and is a darker colour. OPI Just Lanai-ing Around is another purple berry shade, with a bit of pink in. When I looked in my collection at some of the pink shades which I thought might be close, they didn’t have the purple undertone to them.

This is available to buy from Nail Polish Direct for £4.95.
