Zoya Leslie Nail Polish Review and Comparisons

Zoya Leslie nail polish was released in the Spring 2015 Delight collection. The collection consisted of six nail polishes, all in Spring inspired colours. Three of the nail polishes have cream formulas and the other three all have turquoise shimmer running through them. In the collection you have a green, aqua blue, pink, yellow with turquoise shimmer, lavender with turquoise shimmer and a light blue with turquoise shimmer.

This nail polish is still available to buy and I have linked it at the end of the post.

Zoya describes Leslie as a soft spring lavender metallic with an turquoise flash. In person you can see the shimmer running through the polish and it really catches the light. I found it wasn’t really picking that shimmer up in the photo’s I took. This shade is definitely a perfect one for wearing in the Spring time.

It does have a slight thin formula, which you do get with some shimmer nail polishes. I managed to get this fully opaque in two coats, though I did quite thick coats. If you do thinner coats, you might need three coats.

I only have one other nail polish to compare it to, which is also from Zoya. Zoya Haruko, is a brighter purple with purple pink shimmer running through it.

This is available to buy from Nail Polish Direct £9.95.

  3. I used to own some Zoya polishes but the thin formula really bothered me as I found it hard not to get a streaky finish! It's a pretty shade though! x
