Garnier has recently released a watermelon and pomegranate shampoo, conditioner and 3 in 1 hair mask into their Ultimate Blends Hair Food range. The range already consisted of four shampoos, four conditioners and five hair masks. It’s so great to see Garnier extending the range further, to include more different hair types.

I have tried and got quite a few of the Garnier Ultimate Blends hair care products. Some of them were PR products and others I have bought myself. I absolutely love the range and have so many favourites. I will link below all of my reviews I have done, so you can check them out, if you haven’t already.

When I saw the watermelon hair range, I loved the sound of it, thought it would be suitable for my hair type and was excited to try it out. These were products I had planned to buy myself, but I actually received them in PR, which was amazing.

Shampoo

The Ultimate Blends Plumping Hair Food Watermelon and Pomegranate Shampoo is for fine hair. Ultimate Blends is a vegan formula, 96% natural origin ingredients hair food shampoo. They describe it as a light foam that gently cleanses and boosts the hair, with no weigh down and will leave the hair looking healthy and plumped. Also this product contains no silicones for a natural feel.

I have used this shampoo on its own, with the conditioner and with the mask as a mask and conditioner. In this part I will be talking about how my hair was when I just used the shampoo on its own, see further down this further to see how it was when used with the other products.

This shampoo lathers up great just like the other shampoos in the range. It has a lovely scent, which I can smell for a bit afterwards. My hair feels really cleansed and soft. It looks healthier looking, not as frizzy and plumper without that feeling of being weighed down. The shampoo also hydrates my hair as well.

Conditioner

The Ultimate Blends Plumping Hair Food Watermelon and Pomegranate Conditioner is for fine hair. Ultimate Blends is a vegan formula, 97% natural origin ingredients hair food conditioner. They say it has an ultra melting lightweight texture that instantly absorbs to quickly detangle and rinse. It will leave the hair healthy and plumped. Also this product contains no silicones for a natural feel.

The conditioner has quite a thick consistency. When I use the shampoo and conditioner together, I can smell the scent more. My hair is left feeling even softer, more plumped, more hydrated and has a lovely shine to it. I also find my hair is easier to brush through and as my hair is smoother.

3 in 1 Hair Mask

The Ultimate Blends Plumping Hair Food Watermelon and Pomegranate 3 in 1 hair mask is for fine hair. It has a vegan formula and 97% natural origin ingredients. This product contains no silicones for a natural feel. It has an intensely hydrating formula and melting texture instantly absorbing into the hair with no weight down. It says when used as a conditioner it instantly detangle and boost the look of hair without weigh down. When used as a hair mask it will leave hair looking boosted and feeling plumped. You can use it three different ways, as a hair mask, conditioner or leave in conditioner.

When I use this as a conditioner or mask it leaves me hair less frizzy and smoother, so my hair is quicker to straighten. The hair is left feeling so soft, feels hydrated and has a lovely shine to it. Also the hair is plumper and has a lovely bounce to it. The scent smells slightly different to the shampoo and conditioner and leaves a lovely scent in the hair afterwards.

I absolutely love all three of these products and find they really work for my hair. I noticed a difference from the first use and each time I use them.
